Delivery
Orders are generally shipped from our Nagoya Support Centre. Shipping cost is included when we prepare your quote.
Instruction
For an additional fee, we can send support staff to explain how to use the cart in person.
WARRANTY
Insurance, product warranty and repairs
Dedicated insurance for JOYCart LUCE / LUCE WALK＋
JOYCart LUCE and LUCE WALK＋ include dedicated insurance for the first year: JPY 100 million for bodily injury / property damage liability and JPY 1 million for own-accident death benefit. From the second year onward, coverage is optional and the premium is charged separately.
Product warranty
Warranty terms vary by product. JOYCart LUCE / LUCE WALK＋ (Lieto Luce) has a one-year manufacturer warranty, excluding the battery and consumable parts. For JOYCart Mobile-X and other products, please check the product information or the warranty supplied at purchase.
Repairs
Please contact the dealer you purchased from first. We will arrange parts or send-back repair as appropriate. The repair contact may differ by product.
TRY BEFORE PURCHASE
Trial rental before you buy
A short test ride can't fully convey what it's like to use JOYCart day to day — so we let you try it around your own neighbourhood and on real outings.
If you go on to purchase after using this scheme, we'll refund the three-day rental fee. Try it out for yourself: loading it into a car, bringing it onto public transport, storing it in your home.

JOYCart is also on display and for sale at three Yodobashi Camera stores (Umeda, Shinjuku Nishiguchi Main Store, and AKIBA). Each location holds displays and test-ride events — please ask a member of staff on the sales floor.
